Responsibilities:

Lead and manage technology projects related to market and trading data
Collaborate closely with portfolio managers, researchers, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data solutions and infrastructure
Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of market and trading data
Manage vendor relationships related to data services and technologies
Drive continuous improvement of data processes and systems
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager, ideally within the financial services industry
Prior working experience at a market data provider
7-10+ years of experience in a market data driven front office environment
Strong academics from a top-tier university, STEM or Computer Science ideally
Strong understanding of financial products and liquid asset classes.
Knowledge of how market data is used to price financial instruments and compute return series.
Experience with data infrastructure and related technologies.
Demonstrated ability to understand user needs and a strong user orientation.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
