As a Director at Houlihan Lokey, I provide deal and CFO advisory to funds and companies across various industries and geographies, leveraging my 15+ years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, M&A, IPOs, divestitures, and capital markets. I am a certified public accountant and a chartered global management accountant, with a strong track record of delivering pragmatic value-added solutions and insights to complex transactions and financial reporting challenges.

I am also passionate about supporting the startup ecosystem and fostering the next generation of entrepreneurs. I served as a Vice President of Finance at LAUNCH, the University of California's leading accelerator, where I helped secure funding and partnerships for the program and participating companies. I also completed the VC University program and was a fellow at Strawberry Creek Ventures, where I gained exposure to venture capital investing and deal sourcing. My mission is to leverage my finance expertise and my Berkeley Haas MBA to create positive impact and growth opportunities for businesses and communities.
