Elias Farhat is an Investment Analyst with extensive experience in the U.S. commercial real estate (CRE) market. He began his career managing portfolios for high-net-worth investors in Houston, Texas, achieving strong returns through strategic acquisitions across Southeast Texas. He later joined institutional private debt funds, where he served as an Investment Associate, structuring and underwriting complex capital stacks and facilitating debt and equity raises for construction, bridge, and acquisition transactions nationwide.
To date, Elias has underwritten and closed over $500 million in CRE transactions spanning multifamily, industrial, retail, and hospitality assets. His work is defined by data-driven market analysis, strategic forecasting, and a deep understanding of economic and demographic trends that drive successful real estate investments.
Elias earned his B.A. in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Yale University, with advanced studies in Arabic and Hebrew, and completed a Finance and Public Finance certificate at the London School of Economics. His combination of institutional deal experience, analytical rigor, and global perspective allows him to navigate real estate markets with insight, precision, and creativity.
