My name is Mars Martin, and I have 8 years of experience working in roles such as Manager of
IT Operations & Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Engineer, Cyber Security Analyst, Cyber Security Instructor,
IT Project Manager, IT Service Desk Agent, and Onsite IT Technician.
I have facilitated M&A due diligence across the board and have worked with businesses to communicate
milestones, strategy, and cost analysis while ensuring security by design. Understanding that people are
the fundamental catalyst to change, my focus is on customer service and attention to detail.
Specializing in organization and strategy, I have hands-on experience building the systems, directing the
design, planning the implementation, and the maintenance of IT and Cybersecurity for 550 employees
across 60 business entities. I have led On-Premises to Cloud Migrations, led the design and
implementation of a Change Management program, implemented a robust Cybersecurity program
following NIST standards, and managed Service Desk Technicians to reduce KPI’s for Ticket Resolution
SLA by 50%.
