About
I am graduating from Tulane University in May with a degree in Real Estate Finance and am looking for a Real Estate Analyst role.
I am certified in ARGUS, can do complex real estate modeling, work accurately and quickly with limited oversight, and work well in a team environment.
This past summer I worked at PGIM Real Estate supporting their US Non-Core portfolio and was also exposed to deals focused on multifamily (including Fannie Mae), office, industrial, senior living, data centers and life sciences.
I have been active on campus including leading my team in the Eisenberg Real Estate Competition as well as serving as President of my fraternity. Both of these experiences taught me more than “just” classroom learning could, and I was honored to have the chance to do both.
If given the opportunity, I would use the experience I gained while at PGIM combined with the skills I learned in my Real Estate and Financial modeling coursework to add value to the team every day. While I am very analytical, I also value relationships and would bring both skill sets to the team.
I would very much appreciate the opportunity to discuss any potential roles that could be a fit. I am open to different locations, as I have family throughout the US and enjoy exploring new cities.
