I am a seasoned Director of Change Management with over 17 years of experience driving people-centered transformation initiatives across Fortune 500s, global technology companies, and financial institutions. My expertise lies in leading enterprise software implementations, Source-to-Pay (S2P) program rollouts, and large-scale digital transformations with a strategic focus on reducing resistance, increasing adoption, and aligning stakeholders across complex, matrixed environments.
