I am an HR professional with over 15 years of experience supporting organizations globally. I am currently exploring new opportunities to bring my expertise to forward-thinking organizations.
I started my career in employee relations and I always take a calm and practical approach when addressing sensitive employee matters at all levels of the organization. I use my legal background to think through the issue, the applicable policy/procedure, analyze the matter and draw a fair and appropriate conclusion. In addition, I have also worked on global workplace initiatives where my responsibilities included:
Transforming the HRBP Model: I spearheaded a strategic transformation of the HRBP function, aligning it more closely with the needs of the business to drive greater agility and impact.
