Callan is seeking a new team member to join our Measurement Development team in our San Francisco headquarters. As a customer support analyst at Callan, a leading independent investment consulting firm, you will interact and build relationships with asset managers, helping them use our online data collection portal. You will be responsible for company-wide data campaigns that help our clients make more informed decisions. You will learn Callan’s database architecture and explain key concepts to internal customers.
Please note: This position will be expected to work a hybrid schedule, with approximately one to two (1-2) days a week in the office.

·Manage ongoing data collection and uploading across thousands of asset managers
·Respond to time-sensitive requests with efficiency and accuracy
·Utilize multiple portals to gather and upload data into internal systems
·Provide support and resolve ad hoc requests from internal and external customers

Education and Experience
·Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
·Minimum 2 years of professional work experience, preferably in an office environment
·Background or interest in investment consulting and finance industries
·Experience in successfully handling confidential information and data

The range listed represents what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Depending on the qualifications and level of work experience of the ideal candidate, we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and may be modified in the future.
