In this role you will leverage your deep expertise in Structured Derivatives products to collaborate on key initiatives, streamline processes, and support the business in achieving it’s strategic goals. Your team
The Distribution COO team is a highly strategic and cross-functional team that plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the sales strategy that enhances our client experience. We are responsible for the formulation, implementation, and support of initiatives and processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness of our Global Markets sales organization.
Our diverse team spans across Franchise Sales, Execution Sales, and elements of front-to-back controls, ensuring a seamless integration of our strategic goals with operational excellence. As part of our mission, we collaborate closely with sales management, sales teams and support functions, offering a broad exposure to the Global Markets business. This partnership enables to create impactful solutions, support business growth, and optimize the client journey at every touch point.
Your expertise
- 7-10 yrs or more experience with strong knowledge of structured derivatives products
- strong focus, drive and commitment to drive success of the team/firm
- excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner
- meticulous, with great attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of accuracy in all deliverables
- proven track record in successfully and efficiently completing projects on time and to a high standard (a commercial ‘can-do’ approach)
- comfortable working independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
- ability to manage projects/tasks, conflicting priorities, and prioritize effectively

Salary Information
US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $168750 to $206250 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
