Under the direction of the General Counsel, asCorporate Counsel, youwill assist across all legal matters for the firm’s global operations and transactions, including fund formation, capital raising, securities regulation compliance, fund investment matters, and general company legal matters, responsibilities may include:
- Provide primary legal coverage across the entire life cycle of dedicated funds, including drafting legal agreements and disclosure, reviewing marketing materials, responding to queries from national and international investor base, advising on a variety of routine and bespoke legal issues from deal and operational teams, and providing general oversight of various processes and deal flows in accordance with broader firm policy and objectives.
- Work closely with the board of directors, senior management, and business unit leaders to advise on general corporate matters, including private and public company governance and operations.
- Negotiate contracts, including corporate financings, nondisclosure agreements, side letters, and vendor contracts.
- Manage external counsel and work with, and supervise designated work of, department paralegals and assistants.
- Contribute to departmental planning, develop and implement best practices and process improvements inside the legal department and in coordination between business units.
- Assist on special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience with private fund offerings, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, finance law or securities regulations.
- Top academic credentials and significant experience in licensed legal practice (private practice and/or in-house).
- Practical-minded business attorney who is a team player, enthusiastic, energetic, proactive, responsive, and service-driven with excellent work ethic and organization.
- Must be able to build strong personal relationships with management, have a can-do attitude and be able to work to short deadlines when required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with others within and across business units, as well as with investors, vendors, and various other third parties.

- 401K: Bridge Investment Group will contribute to your account equal to 100% of the first 4% of pay which you contribute to the plan. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled contributing 4%, with up to 6% company match, with the option to opt out. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
- 11 Paid Holidays per year.
- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
