As a Human Resource Generalist, you will be joining a fast-paced, growing organization. In this position, you will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources. You will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: HRIS/PEO Management, employee relations, benefits administration, policy improvement, and employment law compliance. You should be a proactive communicator and highly skilled problem solver, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.
- Foster collaboration between HR functions to enhance the employee experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships between management and employees.
- Provide guidance and consultation to management on HR matters.
- Develop and enhance HR policies, programs, and solutions.
- Resolve employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations as needed.
- Promote morale, strengthen workplace relationships, and improve productivity and retention.
- Communicate and interpret HR policies for management and employees.
- Manage vendor relationships to support employee needs, compliance, and engagement.
- Oversee and optimize HRIS systems, ensuring performance and issue resolution.
What you should bring
- Strong skills in time management, organization, communication (verbal and written), interpersonal relations, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR-related laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Understanding of organizational structure, roles, qualifications, compensation, and administrative practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an HR related role, with expertise in employee relation, employee management and legal compliance.
- Familiarity with WorkDay (preferred).
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (highly preferred).

- 401K: Bridge Investment Group will contribute to your account equal to 100% of the first 4% of pay which you contribute to the plan. These contributions belong 100% to the employee upon their contribution. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled contributing 4%, with up to 6% company match, with the option to opt out. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
- 11 Paid Holidays per year.
- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
