Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Client Relations Administrator to join our dynamic team in Edgewood, NY! In this role, you will research and respond in a timely manner to complex questions received by mid to large sized clients, using your strong attention to detail and research skills. You will work with the Institutional community as it relates to Proxy Voting. You will act as a client advocate and interface between all departments. You will understand and assist the client with product queries as it pertains to ProxyEdge. This role is part relationship management, part service delivery, part trouble-shooter, and part process improvement implementer.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively, prioritize tasks at hand and raise issues as appropriate in a timely manner
Develop an effective working relationship with each team member as well as internal departments, value and use diverse perspectives
Have a strong focus on “starting with the end in mind," breaking work down into process steps, plan, anticipate challenges and identify solutions
Support and contribute to Broadridge’s client centric culture taking responsibility for client satisfaction and retention
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with proficiency
Participate on assigned projects and special tasks as assigned by management within a set timeframe
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a client relations role
Industry knowledge of Proxy is a plus
Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills
Very detail oriented, ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow through on tasks to meet deadlines
Capability to thrive in a dynamic working environment with a keen attention to detail
Self-starter who is highly adaptable, team oriented and results driven
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word etc.)
Ability to act in an ethical, professional manner with a client centric focus, and value being part of a diverse team
Compensation range: $30.00 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
