Opportunity:
What insights can you deliver from a data set compromised of the world’s wealthiest and most influential people? We’re looking for a Data Scientist who can work independently to discover and create scores, predictions and intelligence on a unique, people-based data set.
Altrata is a global leader in people intelligence. It includes more than 100 million profiles on wealthy individuals around the world and more than 12 million profiles on senior decision makers, board members and C-suite leaders.
Are you able to predict a future billionaire? What about the future executive teams of Fortune 500 companies? What’s happening to the distribution of wealth in the United States? We’re looking for a self-guided and independent Data Scientist who can take a data set and derive new insights from it. Your guidance, led by your strong analytical thinking abilities will be used to launch new product lines and guide organisational strategy. You’ll champion the use of data-driven decisions throughout the business, through experimentation, statistical techniques and ML models.
You should apply with:
- You have multiple years of experience in Data Science
- You can work independently with potentially ambiguous business problems to analyse data sets to derive new insights
- You can communicate well with all organisational levels from Software Engineers to senior executives
- You can operate in a diverse and globally distributed working environment
- You have set of Data Science tools at hand and can code in Python and SQL
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Predictive Models: Build and deploy machine learning models to predict key business outcomes, optimize processes, and improve decision-making.
- Scoring & Segmentation: Create scoring systems to rank and segment data, enabling targeted strategies for customer engagement and product development.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that drive business strategy and product innovation.
- Collaborate with Product Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, engineering) to launch new product lines based on data-driven insights.
- Feature Engineering: Identify and create relevant features from raw data to improve the performance of machine learning models.
- Data Visualization: Present complex data and modeling results in an easily understandable format for stakeholders at all levels.
