· Develop financial models and perform data / investment analysis.
· Research new deal opportunities.
· Perform relative value analysis.
· Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda.
· Participate in the transaction closing process.
· Assume transaction post-closing responsibilities.
· Coordinate with internal functions including Asset Management, Treasury and Operations.
· Collate and distill large sets of disparate data into actionable insights for the investment team.
· Create bespoke financial models and complete detailed financial analysis of potential investment opportunities.
· Prepare investment memoranda, research reports and presentations outlining macro trends, industry dynamics, business development opportunities, and organizational matters.
· Maintain a transaction pipeline tracking system.
· Taking notes on discussions with outside parties
· Contributing to improve processes, reduce risks and increase controls
· Minimum 7 years experience, 4 of which must be in the financial services sector .
· Must have experience in Bonds / Fixed Income. Structured credit experience is a plus.
· Candidate should be able to join within 90 days.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Prior team management experience is mandatory.
