Bracebridge seeks an Investor Relations Analyst to join the firm's Investor Relations department. The successful candidate will support the business development and investor relations team in their capital raising efforts and by providing exceptional client service to existing investors. The position involves a high degree of coordination and interaction with the firm’s Legal, Compliance and Operations teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of Bracebridge and its funds.
- Support investor communications by coordinating with various internal constituencies to respond to client data inquiries and information requests in a timely manner.
- Produce due diligence questionnaires, firm materials and other customized investor reports by collaborating with internal teams.
- Maintain Dynamo CRM database with records of existing and prospective investors. Create and refine pipeline reports and dashboards.
- Develop customized marketing materials incorporating economic information, data & analytics, and broad market themes to be presented to prospective investors.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and/or opportunities for automation and use of technology to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver briefing materials, including agenda, background information and research, to senior investment and business development professionals for investor meetings and/or industry events.
- Gather relevant industry intelligence, conduct research on prospective investors via various data sources, and present information to the team.
- Liaise with Legal and Operations colleagues to assist with investor transactions and ongoing servicing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably at an investment bank, asset management, management consulting or investment consulting firm.
- Innovative self-starter keen to improve processes and solve problems.
- Proactive approach and a sense of urgency and the capacity to prioritize and accomplish tasks promptly, especially when faced with tight deadlines.
- Strong research abilities and analytical skills, including the ability to organize, analyze and summarize data.
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills; ability to stay on top of changing data/facts across multiple documents seamlessly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to seamlessly transition between independent and collaborative work in a team environment.
- Expertise in financial modeling, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Dynamo CRM system preferred.
- Basic understanding of hedge fund business and/or fixed income preferred.
- Series 3 license or will be required to obtain license upon hire.
