Client Solutions Associate

Description
Client Services is part of our Global Sales team. It is one of the primary contact points for clients with queries about the Preqin platform or the wider company. We are continuing to invest in our customer-oriented strategy, and this role will be an important part of implementing Preqin’s client-focused approach.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responding to incoming client requests independently, often liaising internally with research and sales teams
- Responding to client queries in real-time via LiveChat, using screenshots or walking clients through resolutions via the chat/on the phone
- Provide proactive and consultative client support to our Core business, complimenting the efforts with retention and net revenue growth for an existing client base
- Understanding client user cases for using Preqin and providing guidance on how to obtain relevant data/information from the Preqin platform
What you’ll bring to us:
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with financial professionals and the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and simple way
- Excellent analytical/problem solving skills - ability to have a problem-solving approach to all incoming queries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: vlookups, pivot tables, 'what if’ statements and sorting large amounts of data to help with client requests
- High level of attention to detail - accuracy and consistency is a key feature of client support.
- You should have some experience in customer or sales support/client relations or other client-facing role, as you will be liaising with key decision makers at financial institutions
