CREATIVE SERVICES PROJECT MANAGER

Position Summary
The Creative Services Project Manager will work in collaboration with team
members and company-wide stakeholders to manage print, digital, webcast, and
event related projects start to finish to ensure timely delivery of
communications and marketing projects. The Creative Services Project Manager
thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and builds relationships
with team members and stakeholders to assure the best deliverables and
experience. They will work with copywriters, designers, video editors, and the
compliance team to oversee and deliver project tasks and manage timelines.
Primary Responsibilities
- Clarify, outline and manage the day-to-day tasks for projects requested of the Creative Services team
- Track timelines, revisions, approvals and distribution of a diverse body of work across stakeholders, creative team members and compliance
- Collaborate across departments to define, plan, and execute projects while assisting and inspiring team members to hit deadlines
- Ensure all creative work meets brand standards, quality expectations, and project goals
- Review and approve all deliverables before presenting them to clients, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate and document communications for visibility and tracking
- Acts as primary point of contact between the Creative Services team and stakeholders, and is a resource for questions, brainstorming, and troubleshooting
- Works within project management tools and systems for diligent tracking and reporting
- Identifies road blocks and anticipates project and team member needs and escalates issues to facilitate problem solving when necessary
- Serve as a back up to
CS team members and act as back up, when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree & 3+ years’ experience in a Project Management role OR High
School Diploma/Equivalent & 6+ years’ experience in a Project Management
role
- Experience working with creative services and/or marketing teams
- Experience managing print, digital, video etc. requests
- Familiarity with project management workflows and tools (experience with Asana preferred)

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $77,000 - $80,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
