Position Summary:
Grayscale is seeking an Associate, Media Planner to join our fast-paced, rapidly growing organization. As Media Planning, you will assist in planning, tracking, and managing both B2C and B2B campaigns across a variety of channels including digital, TV, audio, and out-of-home (OOH). Reporting to Grayscale’s Director of Advertising, this is a great opportunity to gain in-house experience in media planning and campaign management in a fast-paced, innovative industry.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of media campaigns across all channels with an eye on quality, creativity and ensuring white-glove vendor and client-experience.
- Assist with updating campaign dashboards and tracking budgets in partnership with Marketing Manager and Marketing Team.
- Manage timelines and campaign details while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns stay on schedule.
- Gather and organize performance data for reporting and analysis.
- Stay up to date on media trends and learn about the evolving crypto and finance industries.
Prior Experience/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience either in-house or at a marketing, creative, or media agency.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape and experience working across multiple channels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple timelines.
- Light production experience (e.g., managing creative assets or production timelines) is beneficial but not required.
- Passion for crypto, blockchain, and finance is a plus.
- Familiarity with media planning tools and platforms such as Google Campaign Manager and Google Analytics.
