Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Product Support Specialist at Charles River Development. The Technical Product Support Specialist will be responsible for providing product support, technical support, and customer support, utilizing analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the company's front office technology solutions. Working with different Internal Teams like Engneering & Product Management to add new enhancements to the Product.
Qualifications
- 0-10 Years of relevent Experiance
- Product Support, Customer Support, and Technical Support skills
- Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in providing technical support for software products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Work Experiance in Trading Applications is preferred
- SQL knowledge is mandatory
