Job Description
The Marketing department enables sales by answering, “Why Dimensional?” They partner with sales groups, investment teams, and executive leadership within Dimensional to extract, package, and spread Dimensional’s message and philosophy. Marketing teams work to best reflect Dimensional’s unique offer to clients and advance its position in the marketplace.
Encompassed with Channel Marketing, Dimensional 360 represents our comprehensive suite of services and tools designed to empower financial professionals. This holistic platform supports our clients and prospects in enhancing their investor experiences and transforming their businesses through Education and Training, Investment Resources, Client Communication, and Business Strategy.
Reporting to the Dimensional 360 Marketing Director, the Event Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in our dynamic marketing team. This high-energy, motivated professional will collaborate with Global Client Services, Global Client Group, Corporate Services, and Marketing teams to promote a wide array of events tailored to financial professionals.
The ideal candidate will lead the promotion and follow up of events, webcasts, industry conferences, and premier client experiences across multiple channels. Leveraging their marketing expertise, they will help maximize engagement and attendance while ensuring all promotional efforts align with Dimensional brand and strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the marketing and promotion of events, webcasts, and industry conferences across multiple sales channels using mail, email, social, and paid media.
- Develop and manage event promotion, ensuring deliverables are executed on time.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and deploy event-related materials such as invitations, promotional assets, and follow-up communications.
- Assist in strategizing and executing marketing plans for high-profile client events, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.
- Provide input on creative approaches and messaging to elevate the attendee experience.
- Coordinate with channel marketing teammates to optimize event promotions and monitor performance metrics.
- Track and report on event promotion results, provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Work closely with the broader marketing team, sales team, and event and conference strategy teams to align promotional efforts with overall event objectives.
- Act as the liaison between creative teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Collaborate on the promotion of industry events, including booth activations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in event marketing, campaign management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneous while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with an asset management firm, broker dealer, large RIA, or annuity company preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build trust and influence, and to collaborate effectively across teams to achieve the best results.
- Ability to evaluate performance of communications and present analytics in a meaningful way.
- Experience working with CRMs, email automation tools, and event management software.
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field preferred.
