We are currently looking for a Head of Client Onboarding, Americas. The role in this dynamic team will span all products offered by the Apex Group and will have global touch points clients, advisors and the Apex sales and CRM teams.
The Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for onboarding clients across the Americas.
- Oversight / project management of each workstream required to take a prospective client from the sales process to operationally live.
- Management of the client onboarding team servicing the Americas, cross-jurisdictional.
- Responsible for the client onboarding and integration of key strategic clients, both existing and new.
- Direct reporting to the Global Head of Client Onboarding and KYC.
- Work in partnership with Sales, CRM, Compliance, Risk, Legal and Operations to deliver seamless client experience.
- Project management and coordination of internal functions to onboard new clients (launches and conversions) including Service Delivery, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Client KYC and Technology teams.
- Provide clear management information of the status of all projects in onboarding, collate updates from sub-workstreams and summarize.
- Continue to integrate acquired businesses and all products to the centralized model.
- Keep Salesforce data accurate at all times, monitor pipeline and feed into Country Head for revenue forecasting.
- Participate in regional new business meetings and provision of updates to senior management and client services teams
- Attend new business pitches to discuss the centralized and seamless transition of services to Apex Group.
- Cross-sell and up-sell of products during onboarding, monitor client onboarding time and raise additional fees as necessary.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as required.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor / master's degree in accounting, finance, economics or any other related field.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience, preferably gained within the investment fund industry.
- Project management, client facing and relationship experience.
- Knowledge on Client KYC requirements is an advantage however not essential.
- Good sense of teamwork as well as ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and a truly client servicing mindset.
- Committed to self-improvement.
- Professional level of English (spoken and written), every other language is an advantage.

Salary ranges from USD $160,000.00 – USD $175,000.00 plus additional discretionary yearly bonus based on corporate and individual's performance. Compensation within this range is dependent on individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
