IT Service Desk Specialist
As an IT Service Specialist, you will work with the IT Operations team. You will demonstrate curiosity and passion for technology. Applicants should have strong verbal and written communication skills with a background and/or interest in Technology. The successful applicant will enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions
- Providing technical support for technical issues via our ticketing system
- Resolve tickets submitted to IT team and coordinating with employees to find resolutions in a timely manner
- Coordinating with other members of the IT team to solve IT issues
Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or another related field
- Strong Customer Service skills; preferably in another work environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as mobile OS (iOS/Android).
- Experience with Google Workspace is preferred
- Preferred experience in troubleshooting issues but not required
