About The Team/Role
Our team consists of subject matter experts in payments processing who build and maintain strong relationships with clients. We provide education on billing, reports, parameter options, and product enhancements. Additionally, we offer strong and consultative support to both external and internal clients, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance related to our platforms, applications, and other integrated products.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide elevated care to strategic clients across payment platforms
- Ensure projects and tasks are completed with client satisfaction in mind
- Handle multiple complex situations requiring analysis and research
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners and clients
- Engage in a high volume of client interaction
What You Will Bring
- 3- 5 years banking experience preferred
- 2+ years of direct client communication
- Client success/Account management skills
- The ability to work independently
- You are an excellent communicator and strong problem-solver
