The Employment Law Counsel role will specialize in employment issues and provide support to senior counsel and the Human Resources Group on a global basis

Responsibilitie
- s:Assist senior counsel and HR personnel with employee relations and HR policy issues on a global basis in the jurisdictions where the Company has employees, including Texas, California, and North Carolina in the United States, and globally in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapor
- e.Provide counsel for and help manage legal risk relating to a wide variety of employment-related legal and business issues in a highly regulated industr
- y.Develop and revise employment policies and procedures, including employee handbook
- s.Draft and negotiate employment, consulting, and related agreement
- s.Advise on employment law related compliance issue
- s.Provide support with respect to immigration and visa issue
- s.Keep abreast of and advise on developments in employment law as applicable to the busines
- s.Coordinate with management and outside counsel as neede

Qualificatio
- ns:6+ years of practice in employment law in a top-tier law firm or in-house corporate position, preferably in the financial services sect

- ol.Member of Texas State Bar preferred; membership in a U.S. state bar requir
