Your opportunity
- Cultivate relationships and build partnerships with life and annuity wholesaling teams for Janus Henderson client insurers
- Drive sales demand and curiosity about Janus Henderson investment products offered through client insurance and annuity products
- Provide investment updates and education related to the macro environment as well as specific JHI portfolios
- Contribute to development of thought leadership and related content. Deliver presentations to a broad range of audiences including client wholesalers, sales desks, advisors, and end investors
- Build marketing campaigns to broaden reach and maintain continuous contact with designated clients
- Quantify activity and sales “lift” resulting from these activities and share standard processes accordingly
- Interact with key stakeholders across the organization including sales, marketing, and Compliance/Legal
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, colleague, client and team demands and needs simultaneously

Must have skills
- Ability to articulate the features and benefits of Janus Henderson products and services, as well as broader capital markets and economic trends in large group and one-on-one environments
- Deep and broad understanding the investment and retirement income landscape from an operational, regulatory, and legal perspective. Conversant in annuity and life insurance product structures
- Expertise in a wide range of topics including fiduciary best practices, retirement accumulation and decumulation strategies, as well as the behavioral/emotional aspects of investing
- Knowledge of the challenges and opportunities faced by financial advisors and other industry participants
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
Nice to have skills
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree or relevant technical designations such as CFA, CIMA, CFP preferred

Com pensation information
The base salary range for this position is $155,000-165,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will be posted through April 30, 2025. C

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
