Your opportunity
- Perform tasks which may include: maintaining accounting records; posting and balancing ledgers; reviewing transactions for completeness and accuracy; analyzing and reconciling internal system inconsistencies
- Assist with month, quarter and year end reporting
- Update information or submit for new vendor set up
- Assist with escheatment process
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and procedures and assist internal and external audit with questions and provide support
- Posting invoices and credit notes and ensuring they’re coded correctly in the invoice workflow tool
- Communicating with relevant suppliers to process invoicing or payment queries
- Dealing with external and internal queries by phone and email
- Preparing and processing supplier payments
- Ensuring that all accounts payable activities comply with relevant financial policies and procedures
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations timely on a monthly basis
- Work closely with various business groups outside of accounting to address questions, issues, coding and other ad-hoc requests that arise
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
- Previous experience and knowledge of accounting principles and Accounts Payable processes
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Collaboration and good communication
- Good time management skills and conflict resolution techniques
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately
- High level of accuracy
Nice to have skills
- Basware & SAP experience would be beneficial
- Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $55,000-$60,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will remain open through the end of April, 2025.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
