The key focus for a Technology Recruiter - AVP is to execute a recruiting strategy specifically designed to attract, source, and recruit a wide range of technology candidates. In this role you will lead the full lifecycle recruiting strategy and serve as an ambassador for Blackstone in the tech talent market.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Recommending and implementing effective recruiting strategies tailored to technology roles within the business.
Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for various technology positions, including software development, data science, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
Identifying tech talent through a wide range of sources, including online platforms, tech meetups, and industry events.
Partnering with the Blackstone Sourcing team on specialized technology searches.
Becoming a subject matter expert on technology market trends, talent acquisition best practices, and emerging technologies.
Providing recommendations to improve recruiting processes and enhance candidate experience.
Delivering timely updates to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Proactively developing and implementing marketing campaigns to attract niche technology talent.
Building and managing relationships with search firms and tech communities to ensure market connectivity.
Providing market insights and candidate updates to stakeholders.
Collaborating with HR and Compensation teams to structure competitive offer packages for technology roles.
Demonstrating a strong understanding of technology trends and alternative investment strategies as they relate to tech hiring.
Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. A successful candidate should have:
6+ years of full lifecycle Technology recruiting experience for enterprise level corporations.
3+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
Experience identifying and hiring talent within Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cloud Engineering and Product Management preferred.
Proven ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, tech forums, employee referral programs, social media, and internet searches.
Knowledge of recruiting technology tools (Boolean search logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) preferred.
Strong multitasking and project management skills, particularly in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic, high-touch recruiting environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong professional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Expected annual base salary range:
$110,000 - $150,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
