Your opportunity

Schwab Advisor Services (AS), a division of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., is the leading provider of custody, trading, technology, and practice management services to independent registered investment advisors (RIAs). As a key contributor of the Schwab Advisor Services BCE organization, the qualified candidate will lead the team that conducts Schwab’s annual RIA Benchmarking study – the industry leading quantitative financial research for RIAs that custody with Schwab. This individual will lead the management of this very visible program which includes collection, review, handling, and analysis of large amounts of data. The Benchmarking team develops requirements, executes the study, and ensures the quality of the study web application, of the data that is collected, and of the results that are delivered to clients, internal stakeholders, and the media.
This Director role is responsible for setting the long-term program strategy and delivering a world-class experience for advisors participating in the RIA Benchmarking Study. To achieve this, the candidate will oversee the team of highly skilled analytical staff executing this program, with an emphasis on fostering engagement.
