We’re looking for a recruiter on a 9-month contract to support hiring across our Corporate Functions team, with a focus on Human Resources and Finance.
In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner closely with hiring leaders, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. Your expertise in sourcing and assessing top-tier talent will help build the teams that keep Bloomberg moving forward.
What’s the Role?
You will drive recruitment efforts for Bloomberg’s Corporate Functions team, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent across a diverse range of professionals. From day one, you’ll foster strong partnerships with hiring leaders, streamline processes, and align recruitment strategies with Bloomberg’s broader business goals.
We’ll Trust You To
- Own and execute the recruiting strategy for Bloomberg’s Corporate Functions in AMER, with a strong focus on Human Resources and Finance.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles within Bloomberg’s HR and Finance functions.
- Source top talent through direct outreach, networking, and various recruiting tools.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including resume screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Provide consistent communication and feedback to candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, immigration, and relocation teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Stay informed on market trends and industry shifts, advising the business on talent strategies.
- Elevate Bloomberg’s employer brand by engaging in social media outreach, industry conferences, and networking events.
- Build a diverse pipeline of talent through strategic partnerships with academic and diversity organizations.
You’ll Need To Have
- 8+ years of recent recruiting experience, with a proven track record of hiring Human Resources or Finance professionals.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and navigate a matrixed organization.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, HR information systems, and other recruiting technologies.
- Expertise in candidate assessment and interviewing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to build inclusive teams.
- A team-oriented mindset, with strong self-awareness, integrity, and a commitment to diversity.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with passion, empathy, and professionalism.
