Job title: Senior Operations Associate
Location: NYC | 5 days in the office
Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for daily operations and portfolio activity
Daily Trade capture and processing
Oversee and expedite loan closing processes with the fund administrator
Ensure accurate processing of credit agreement amendments and corporate actions
Monitor portfolio performance, including loan accruals and interest payments
Ad-hoc portfolio reports
Monthly pricing and review quarterly valuations
Reconcile and validate monthly P&L from the fund administrator.
Collaborate with the accounting team on NAV closing
Oversee fund administrator reconciliations
Ensure timely and accurate trade file submissions to administrators and custodians
Requirements:
College degree required
4+ years of operations / trade support experience, at either a fund admin or private/buy-side fund
Credit product knowledge required: bank debt / corporate bonds / repo / total return swaps
Private credit experience / ISDA margin process knowledge is a plus
Understanding of product life cycles and how P&L is driven
