Why this role is important for us
We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Reporting Client Associate with a deep understanding of regulatory reporting. As a key member of our client services team, you'll be the main voice for our clients based in Europe and the Americas, ensuring they receive premium support and insightful solutions.
What you will be responsible for
As our Regulatory Reporting Client Associate, you will be expected to:
- Complete quarterly and annual filings according to regulator’s timelines, ensuring compliance and precision.
- Answer client questions regarding regulatory reporting intricacies, providing prompt and detailed support.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the client services team across Europe and the Americas to deliver a unified service experience.
- Manage client implementation processes, ensuring all regulatory and client-specific nuances are considered.
- Participate and often lead prospect demos, showcasing our solutions and their relevance to client needs.
- Constantly monitor, interpret, and relay changes in regulatory reporting requirements.
- Uphold the highest standards of data accuracy, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all reports and communications.
What we value
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory reporting.
- Experience in ESMA's AIFMD, SEC Form PF, NFA CPO-PQR, and SEC N-PORT.
- Advanced client-facing skills, with an emphasis on responsiveness, clarity, and diplomacy.
- Great problem-solving skills, characterized by resourceful thinking and expert prowess.
- Ability to organize one's own tasks and work as part of a team in a collaborative, global environment.
- Comprehensive communication skills and the ability to lead processes, guiding both prospects and clients through our solutions.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in working collaboratively.
- Problem-solver who flourishes when faced with complex tasks.
- Versatile and efficient at handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL is advantageous

For New York City only: The annual salary range for this position is USD 99.430 – 149.144. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans. Your total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
