The Senior Director, ICS FP&A will report directly to the VP, ICS FP&A and lead the ICS Consolidation annual strategy and operating plan cycles, manage the ICS investment prioritization processes, lead Project ICON workstream for ICS. In this role, the Senior Director will collaborate across finance, product, Project ICON office and technology, leading process improvements and provide business insights on the ICS Segment. This role will work directly with members of ICS HQ Finance team to achieve reliable and timely segment analyses.
This is a highly visible role with exposure to executive management. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with executive management, lead process improvement and guide transformative analytics and has the ambition to drive change.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.
General Responsibilities:
Oversee FP&A cycles including Operating Plan and Strategy Plan including set deadlines, design templates, and maintain integrity of reporting requirements for the broader ICS organization’s deliverables and analysis
Lead annual investment prioritization process working with ICS BU finance leads, ICS Product, Project ICON Lead and collaborate with ICS technology team including setting deadlines and business case templates for the right investment measures and analysis
Collaborate with Centralize ICS Technology Finance team
Facilitate senior leadership decision making by developing reliable, timely, and accurate analyses of financial trends, identifying key performance drivers, problem areas, and providing financial support / measurement of key initiatives.
Lead projects and initiatives that span across financial and business areas with BU Finance teams, as well as Corporate FP&A and Financial Reporting
Partner closely with Segment finance leaders, building and developing strong relationships
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or equivalent experience required
Master's in business administration highly desired (but not required)
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Decision support, Sales Finance. Financial services industry experiences helpful
Proven ability to drive change management
Strong written and verbal communicator with ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making based on analytics and sound judgment
Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
Strong analytical and quantitative skill with the ability to interpret data analysis and modeling results into actionable recommendations
Proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, logical thinking and ability to identify and leverage best practices
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Power BI and Anaplan desired but not required
Salary range $150,000 - $195,000. Bonus Eligible.
