About this role~
This advanced professional role requires extensive experience utilizing professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in innovative and effective ways. The position involves working on intricate issues where analysis of situations or data necessitates an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The role demands exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results, networking with key contacts outside one's area of expertise, and determining methods and procedures on new assignments. Additionally, the role may involve coordinating activities of other personnel (Team Lead).
What You Will Be Doing
- Consolidating data and preparing PowerPoint presentations for audiences including the FIS executive team
- Collaborating with finance to track budgeted items for the retirement team
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Tracking transformation opportunities and initiatives across the organization
- Ensuring team alignment and tracking deliverables
- Utilizing advanced Excel skills for data analysis, including pivoting and dissecting data
- Collaborating across multiple internal teams, including direct leadership under Dominick, business team, and various other teams
- Presenting data and findings to senior leadership and external stakeholders
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or another relative field of study, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience

What You Bring
- Strategic thinking and advanced problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel for complex data analysis
- 2-5 years of business analysis experience
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of addressing technical and non-technical audiences at various organizational levels, including executive, management, and individual contributors
- Strong team and time management skills, adept at managing multiple deadlines for self and others
- Proficiency in making projections of future expenses based on analysis of cost-effectiveness of past expenditures
- Ability to operate independently and effectively within a dynamic environment

- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Microsoft Office Specialist~ Excel Expert

Location and Work Schedule~ This role is based in Jacksonville, Florida, with a requirement to be in the office from Tuesday to Thursday.
