Insight Investment are looking for a Product Manager to join their Stable Value team.
The Product Manager will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of stable value products and composites, working with relationship managers, portfolio managers, distribution and consultant relations teams. They will be responsible for providing high-level and dependable data management as the key contact for both internal and external stable value inquiries.
The ideal candidate has relevant experience with data analysis, RFP writing, marketing, or other client-related experience within an investment management firm.
Role Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for information requests from advisors, consultants and prospects
- Produce high-quality RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and consultant requests accurately and on a timely basis
- Working with Insight RFP team and data colleagues as subject matter expert (SME) to complete stable value inquiries and ensure tasks are completed on time and with requisite quality
- Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of information presented externally to ensure appropriate products and content are consistently and accurately represented in line with strategic priorities
- Provide support to all distribution and consultant relation channels throughout Insight and BNY
- Engage with consultants and/or prospects across all channels via conference calls, on site visits, due diligence meetings, in person meetings for new business
- Review, vet and summarize opportunities before sending to senior management to initiate proposal
- Preparation and proofing of presentation materials for institutional consultants, prospects and internal reporting
- Partner with desktop specialist to update, review and distribute quarterly marketing materials (decks, fact sheets, product commentary)
- Oversee and maintain analysis and data on all product and strategy composites
- Respond to ad hoc inquiries from all areas of the business
- Assist management team with product analysis for client and prospect reporting
- Maintain stable value pipeline
- Provide and maintain detailed competitive analysis
Experience Required:
- Ideal candidate will possess appropriate level of investment knowledge or background
- Understanding of fixed income / stable value
- Comfortable navigating Excel to source and manipulate data to populate spreadsheets, databases and analyze product/strategy
- Editing and writing skills that enable the individual to represent the capabilities of Insight to clients
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to confidently interact with colleagues
