Position Overview
Support the strategic objectives and accomplishments of the Global Product business within Client & Product Solutions (CPS). This role represents an opportunity to be a part of an entrepreneurial and nimble team within an established firm. This hire will be given a lot of responsibility, exposure to senior leadership, and room to grow within the organization. The responsibilities of the role will include (but are not limited to) the following:
Support holistic strategy, planning and execution across the CPS Global Product Organization
Develop presentations and quantitative analyses for consumption by senior leadership
Work closely with product managers, sales teams and product specialists, as well as finance, human
capital and technology teams, to build an in-depth understanding of the capital raising activity at the
Firm, and strategic growth initiatives
Assist in day-to-day business management activities for the Global Product team
Ad hoc projects to support fundraises and strategic initiatives
Proactively identify areas that would benefit from additional process/procedure/discipline and bring
the right people together to determine and implement solutions
Take ownership of CPS data, interpreting the data, and synthesize the data to help generate
actionable insights and help support efficient business management
Centralize and streamline competitor information across various products and channels to inform
strategic decision making
Implement processes for new hire onboarding
Track budget to actual for fundraising and expense management
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record
2-4 years of experience as a management consultant within financial services
Strong project management and follow-through skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a genuine willingness and desire to learn
Strong team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and excellent interpersonal skills
Capacity to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential information
Working knowledge of private equity, credit and real assets
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Strong writing skillset, including ability to synthesize complex financial concepts
Driven, strong passion for self-development
Uncompromising integrity and professionalism
Ability to work and communicate with a wide variety of constituents
Resourceful; strong organizational skills
Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills
Pay Range
135,000 - 150,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
