Kayne Anderson Real Estate is looking to recruit a pro-active financial reporting associate who will assist in gathering and analyzing data from disparate sources for reporting to executive leadership and other end users. The position will assist gathering and governance of data points relating to all real estate investments along with analyzing this data to aid in decision making.
- Collaboration with various business units to capture data and ensure integrity.
- Utilize this data to assist in analysis of current deal flow.
- Utilize existing BI platform, plan and implement enterprise business intelligence solutions for the transformation of complex data into meaningful and useful information for data analysis purposes.
- Support in the development and delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting packages to executive leadership.
- Work with business customers to determine how BI information and analytic solutions can be further leveraged to support business strategies, capabilities, and processes.
- Responsible for data integrity and data validation across various systems of record.
- Assist with implementation of standards, guidelines, and best practices. Ensure adequate monitoring and resolution of incidents, problems, and change.
- Identify opportunities to develop forecasts, statistical models, segmentation schemes, and data-driven analyses to support various enterprise initiatives.
- Assist with special projects as needed from the global enterprise community and corporate leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science or other business-related field.
- Real estate experience a plus.
- CRM system experience required.
- SQL experience required.
- Python experience required.
- Experience working effectively and collaboratively with a variety of customers and personalities to include but not limited to executive management, functional leaders, data analysts, software engineers, consultants and vendors.
- Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems. Ability to conceptualize and think creatively, along with excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to work cross functionally in a collaborative team environment to influence and ensure alignment on standards and processes, data management, and business intelligence technology decisions.
- Solid understanding of BI and related reporting and analytics best practices and trends.
- Excellent analytical skills, business analysis and requirements-gathering experience.
- Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategies, and track measurable results.
