Position Description: Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), Workforce Data and Analytics (WDA), the myHR Administrator operates independently and performs the more responsible, varied, and complex technical work as a full journey-level analyst requiring minimal supervision in the administration of HR systems, project management, and functional system design and maintenance of one or more modules within our Oracle Cloud Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
The myHR Administrator – Help Desk and Compensation provides system support and troubleshooting analysis to end users related to the help desk, case management, and compensation setup, workflow maintenance, and reporting accuracy within the application to ensure operational standards are met.
The myHR Administrator – Recruitment and Onboarding provides system support and troubleshooting analysis to end users for system processes related to managing job requisitions, candidate pools, the candidate lifecycle, and onboarding tasks.
The myHR Administrator – Talent and Performance provides system support and troubleshooting analysis to end users related to talent profiles, managing talent and performance reviews, goals, development plans, and succession planning framework.

- System administration and troubleshooting.
- Business process analysis and improvement.
- Collaboration and communication with stakeholders.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Project management for system upgrades and enhancements.
