Institutional Client Solutions - Private Capital Analyst
Job Description:
Blackstone’s Private Capital Group is responsible for the marketing, fundraising, and ongoing investor relations in support of all of Blackstone’s strategies. This Analyst role will be a part of the Americas Private Capital Institutional Client Relations team, working closely with approximately 12 other team members of varying levels of seniority to deliver a best-in-class investor relations experience to both internal and external clients. Blackstone is seeking a business development professional to support the effort to proactively develop new clients and expand relationships with sophisticated family offices, RIAs and endowments and foundations across the entire Blackstone platform. The team is looking for an analyst who is organized, detail-oriented and client centric. The key function of the role will be to support business development efforts across the US.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Help execute fundraising and new product development process
- Respond to investor requests
- Assist in managing investor relations for existing funds
- Organize meeting prep (including background research, prospect sensitivities, program intelligence) and attend investor meetings
- Help design new business proposals to meet investor objectives
- Be a point of contact for prospects, including attending in-office meetings, as well as coordinating and executing on any follow-up items
- Conduct research around business development trends or themes by geography and/or client type
- Coordinate, create, and review bespoke investor presentations that leverage investment activity and valuations across all funds
- Draft presentations and memorandums for senior management
- Collaborate on various research projects utilizing internal and external resources to help grow the business
- Maintain a high level of prospecting activity to map key markets
- Assist on marketing efforts with LP base – semi-annual think tank events, fund specific webinars, and other sales initiatives
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have worked in investment banking, private placements or private banking for 1+ years and have experience in institutional sales, investment banking or asset management. Candidates should also have a strong commercial understanding, excellent communication skills, effective presentation abilities, and possess strong analytical skills.

Expected annual base salary range:
$115,000 - $125,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
