The Marketing Team is focused on operationalizing our solutions in market to maintain consistent messaging, sell more effectively, and lead with customer outcomes. Our team plays a pivotal role in crafting insights and resources that support our solutions across the entire customer journey. We collaborate closely with product marketing, solutions designers, sales, and regional marketing teams to develop assets that drive cross-sell opportunities, increase customer awareness of our solutions, and support long-term adoption through a land & expand motion.
As a Marketing Manager, you will report to the Director of Customer Experience and be responsible for developing and optimizing high-impact content that empowers commercial teams to engage prospects and customers effectively. This role requires a strong storyteller and content strategist who can create compelling multi-channel assets while ensuring messaging aligns with market needs. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product marketing, and regional teams to drive content adoption and ensure consistency.
Our in-office policy requires a minimum of 50% attendance each month fostering collaboration and team connection in person, while still offering the flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-impact content that fuels commercial engagement—including solution briefs, case studies, pitch decks, website messaging, video scripts, and outreach sequences.
- Refine and evolve solution messaging to clearly articulate our value propositions, ensuring consistency across all customer-facing assets.
- Drive content adoption within sales, customer success, and marketing teams to maximize impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product marketing, solutions designers, and regional marketing) to ensure messaging resonates across different industries, regulatory landscapes, and customer pain points.
- Support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives by crafting compelling content that aligns with product launches, competitive positioning, and key market triggers.
- Track and measure content performance, gathering insights on internal adoption, customer engagement, and conversion impact to continuously refine messaging and optimize assets.
Required Experience & Skills
- 7+ years’ experience working cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to align messaging and drive asset adoption.
- Proven ability to craft compelling messaging and multi-channel content assets, including solution briefs, sales materials, digital content, and presentations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to execute and iterate on multiple content initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills, with a proven track record of turning complex topics into clear, engaging narratives.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience tracking content performance and leveraging insights to improve engagement and effectiveness.

- Experience working in governance, risk, compliance, or highly regulated industries.
