This position is responsible for daily records processing (paper and electronic) and training co-workers as part of a multi-functional, high productivity team environment. Cross-trained functionality includes mail-sort, paper and electronic scanning, indexing, address changes, data entry, mailings, and special project work as assigned. All cross-trained duties are to be performed as needed and within unit assigned productivity standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Data entry of member and/or employer related information into line of business solutions.
- Sort mail, process address changes, scan and index all necessary business documents.
- Work with the Office Services Analyst as needed for continuous process improvements.
- Use of external applications (such as Accurint) research and update records as needed.
- Prepare outgoing mail (i.e. original birth, marriage, death or other official certificates/documents).
- Prepare reports weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or annually as requested.
- Conduct training Imaging Clerks on all essential duties of that position.
- Assist Supervisor and Office Services Analyst with Horizon testing and/or training.
- Assist Supervisor with the coordination and scheduling/rotation of duties within the unit.
- Cross-Train in other units within Office Services, as assigned.
- Escort shredding vendor employee during bi-weekly disposal rounds.
- Additional duties and/or special projects such as Tenant improvement or Capital projects, as assigned.
- Other duties may be assigned

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with 12 months of IMRF Imaging experience;
OR
High school w/technical school or college business/office courses with 6 months of IMRF Imaging experience. Basic Microsoft office skills required.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $41,182 - $43,652.
