Job Purpose:
The Financial and Valuation Advisory Services team (FVA) has enjoyed significant growth in recent years and continues to place a high level of importance on the development and training of their team members. As the coordinator for Talent Strategy and Leadership Development, you will report to the Head of Campus Recruiting and L&D and work closely with FVA leadership to develop and execute leadership development programs, while also continuing to evolve the performance management programs already in place.
You will partner with FVA leadership and service line leaders to facilitate in the design of development programs for high performing officers across a variety of title levels and facilitate the deployment of these programs throughout the year. Additionally, you will work closely with FVA leadership and the HL Human Capital team to manage and evolve the ongoing performance management of all FVA team members. We are seeking an energetic, personable, and passionate team member who can accel in a dynamic role, creatively providing insightful ideas to the design and development of impactful leadership development, while also helping to incorporate the building blocks of these programs into the fabric of our performance management approach at all levels.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Contribute to the development of highly professional and sophisticated program materials for leadership development across a variety of officer levels (VP, Director, and MD)
- Interact and facilitate meetings with mid to senior-level managers to create innovative strategies that transform performance and learning experiences for our people
- Analyze business priorities, bring innovation, creative thinking, and a solid understanding of current and evolving talent best practices, to contribute to building the learning and performance management strategy
- Collaborate with internal corporate teams to further evolve the performance management delivery systems
- Contribute to strategic and tactical projects
- Support the FVA COO with ad hoc talent and performance-based projects as needed
- Assist with competency models management by reviewing, updating, and helping the team to partner with stakeholders for updates
- Support the execution of multiple, large projects concurrently in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Think conceptually and strategically, with the ability to operationalize strategizes and effectively execute them as well; Ability to translate business needs into strategic initiatives and drive them to successful outcomes
- Work cross functionally and collaboratively to align on decision-making and problem solving
- Perform administrative planning and coordination of development program offsite events
Basic Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the Learning and Performance field in corporate business environment, preferable in professional or financial services.
- Ability to work in-person from the Dallas office
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation And Benefits
Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:
$100,000.00-$120,000.00
Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as the service line and location where this position may be filled.
