Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate/Sr. Associate to join our dynamic finance team and contribute to our growth. The successful candidate will primarily support M&A transaction activity from diligence through integration as well as be a key contributor to the FP&A function particularly for revenue reporting, deck presentation, and creating KPIs and dashboard reports.

What you'll do:
- Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential M&A transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures
- Perform comprehensive due diligence to assess the financial health of target companies
- Create post-combination P&L, cash flow and debt leverage projections
- Prepare investor-focused requests in relation to quarterly performance, M&A transactions, and budgets/forecasts
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prepare and analyze revenue reports, identify key trends and insights to support strategic decision-making
- Develop firm-wide KPI dashboards and work across functions to gather data, create consistent definitions, and build a data repository
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books, presentations, and other materials that spans from Wilshire as a firm to annual budget decks
Qualifications
What you have:
- Experience: Progressive experience in financial analysis and M&A transaction evaluation, Investment Banking or Corporate Development experience required
- Modeling: Ability to create organized, thorough transaction models that include P&L, cash flows, working capital, and debt leverage
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively across functions
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Adaptability: Motivated and able to adapt styles in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and understand underlying business drivers

- This position will work on a hybrid model out of our Santa Monica, New York offices

The pay range for this position is $85,000-$125,000. However, base pay will be determined on an individual basis considering various factors, including location, qualifications, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and a full range of health and financial benefit offerings, which will be provided in conjunction with an offer of employment.
