Monroe Capital is seeking an energetic person with strong written and oral communication skills, data computation skills, strong interpersonal skills and analytic ability to join Monroe Capital as we continue to grow and expand our business. All activities of the role will primarily support management of Monroe’s capital raising and investor service efforts.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Manage, assign, and review Investor Relations due diligence questionnaires, RFPs, and participate in internal projects as needed
- Assist with fund closings and onboarding investors to Monroe
- Maintain information of loan portfolio and industry-wide financial information
- Timely coordination with clients on general information requests and quarterly reporting
- Work collaboratively with Monroe’s investment and operations teams to drive fundraising efforts
- Work with management to compile the Monroe’s quarterly updates for existing investors
- Establish quality control procedures for sharing key data points across the organization
- Maintain an understanding of industry/market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business-related degree
- 4-5 years of relevant experience, including experience within the private wealth channel.

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $130,000-$165,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an ‘at-will position’ and the Firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance, Firm or individual department / team performance and market factors.
