The Impact You Will Have In This Role
Being a member of the Human Resources Technology Organization (HRTO), the HR Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the activities of the HR Operations Service Center including but not limited to; data entry, reporting, process documentation, and general support of HR policies, practices and process to all staff and managers. Team members should have the ability to assess current processes with an eye on continuous improvement and the ability to learn and utilize HR technologies to respond to staff needs and support HR Center of Excellence processes.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Data entry responsibilities, including the importing, scrubbing and validation of staff and organizational data
- Collaborate with up and downstream stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely entry
- Provide input to requirements, process flows and design documents to help ensure that platform configuration is aligned with business needs
- Troubleshoot, research and resolve system issues and inquires
- Assist end users with system functionality and features
- Support various HR business processes such as goal setting, performance review, comp cycles, etc.
- Create and maintain procedural documentation to accurately reflect business processes
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications
- Entry Level – internship experience highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
Talents Needed For Success
- 1-2 years, HR Administration, Learning/Training Administration, HR Technology (HRIS) or other related HR experience (Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo Recruiting and/or Cornerstone On-demand preferred)
- Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
- Intermediate Excel skills including v-lookup, pivot tables and data visualization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- SharePoint knowledge (HTML/CSS knowledge) a plus
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
