Finance Director
What does a successful Director Financial Analysis do at Fiserv?
As a Director Financial Analysis at Fiserv, you will play a vital role in supporting the FI Group business and finance leadership teams. This position is responsible for key cross-functional business and strategic focused support through budgeting, forecasting, analysis and supporting key business reviews, including QFR, budget, MC meetings, and other ad hoc reviews. You will drive financial analysis, process improvements, and strategic financial planning to meet profit objectives and support senior management in decision-making processes.
What You Will Do
- Analyze complex data and information to identify trends and opportunities
- Lead and enhance financial analysis and reporting
- Proactively seek out new ideas and approaches to improve business outcomes
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, executive reports, and senior leader presentations accurately with forecasted results.
- Assist in the development of monthly reporting packages for Group Leaders, including building reporting models.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process to support profit objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and analyze drivers of variances to identify underlying business issues and provide input for operational decisions.
- Prepare and support ad hoc business case analysis, create financial models, and analyze trends to support the growth of the business.

What You Will Need To Have
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience in preparing management and executive reports.
- Experience in financial modeling and advanced data analysis.
- 8+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and or/military experience.
What Would Be Great To Have
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Consulting or similar experience of providing strategic insights to business leaders
- Experience with developing financial reporting packages.
- Experience in utilizing financial systems and data for analysis.
- Experience in monitoring and establishing internal controls.
- MBA or relevant financial certification (e.g., CPA, CFA).

Salary Range
$102,100.00 - $182,400.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
