Senior Analyst - Financial Integrity Group (FIG)
What does a successful Senior Analyst - FIG do? A successful Analyst at Fiserv plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of merchant billing. You will conduct comprehensive financial audits, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with multiple departments to maintain accurate billing practices. Your expertise ensures that our merchant clients receive precise billing, strengthening client trust and satisfaction.
What You Will Do
- Conduct comprehensive merchant audits to ensure compliance with contracts, internal policies, and external regulations.
- Detect and investigate discrepancies in billing records and resolve any identified issues.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and Account/Relationship Managers.
- Follow-up on audits to ensure completion and effective action.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Implementations to gather necessary information and ensure audit accuracy.
- Assist stakeholders in determining financial impacts on clients and/or Fiserv.
- Demonstrate in-depth expertise in the Fiserv Billing system.
- Ensure all audits are thoroughly completed, delivered to our customer, and actioned as part of the Financial Integrity Group (FIG).
What You Will Need To Have
- 2+ years of experience in financial auditing or a related field.
- Experience in detecting and resolving discrepancies in billing records.
- Experience in preparing detailed financial audit reports.
- Experience using billing systems, preferably the Fiserv Billing system.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
What Would Be Great To Have
- 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience in a client-facing role.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with enterprise-level billing systems and software.

Salary Range
$50,900.00-$69,100.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
