About The Team & Business Line
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Product team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
As a Hedge Funds & Middle Office, Product Manager, you will be working with various areas within the organization to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business. The Citco Product team supports our various service and sales teams and develops offerings that create incremental revenue for the firm.
- You will support the sales efforts/team through active prospect engagement to help drive the development of new business
- Build extensive, collaborative internal relationships with multiple departments to enhance client service offerings
- Maintain and develop expertise and keep abreast of market trends/direction and competitors
- Conduct direct and indirect market research, as necessary
- Build business cases enabling management decision-making
- Create & deliver presentations tailored to internal and client leadership teams, as needed
- Work alongside the Business Development team to play an active role in client pitches
- Interact with clients/prospects
- Act as SME to help Citco enhance client relationships and attract new clients by participating and attending industry forum events
- Collaborate with marketing teams to build CITCO’s brand and reputation in the marketplace
Qualifications
About You:
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years financial services or related experience
- Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to build networks
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint).
- Innovative mindset
- Demonstrated business and commercial acumen
- Focus on quality and calculated business enablement
- Extensive experience in client relationship management and execution.
Salary Range: $146,000 to 220,000 USD
