About The Team & Business Line

As a core member of our Data Transformation team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
- As Vice President of Data Transformation, you will support the Citco Data Transformation Office team in creating a robust data platform and execution of Citco’s data strategy.
- You will work with the Transformation team, business SMEs and technology team to define, build and maintain data products.
- Develop and execute database queries and conduct data analysis to come up with business logic for Data Products. Model data by writing SQL queries/Python codes to support data integration and reporting requirements
- You will be part of the delivery team to assess and improve data management practices and to standardize Citco’s data offering. You will transform the high-level vision and requirements outlined in the data strategy and needs of execution teams into detailed requirements.
- Data Stewardship is an essential part of the role. You will develop data dictionaries, documentation, user cases, sample reports to promote and roll out data products/gold datasets built on the data platform.
- You will define Data Quality checks for the gold datasets and work with a technology team to implement them. You will build monitoring dashboards to display results of data quality checks.
- Leverage core Citco expertise to deliver consistency for clients across PE, RE and Hedge
- Manage expectations of senior management and stakeholders, facilitate steering committees, and provide regular status reports
- Co-ordinate with our other technology groups for implementation and deployment
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions and identify development needs to improve and streamline operations
- Work with Product Manager and stakeholders to prioritize product enhancements
Qualifications
About You:
- You have 7-10 years of hands-on experience in the financial services industry conducting business analysis, documentation and report writing.
- Experience with SQL and/or Python a plus
- Experience with Databricks, Qlik or Power BI is an advantage
- Collaborates effectively with individuals of varying technical ability and business acumen
- Learns quickly and thrives in a fast moving, dynamic atmosphere
- Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of alternative investments and financial services industry
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology as it relates to the software development lifecycle
Salary: 147,000 – 220,000 USD
