We are seeking a dynamic Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst who can bridge business process understanding with hands-on automation development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mapping, analyzing, and improving processes through low-code/no-code automation solutions using technologies like Power Automate or other RPA and workflow tools.
This position sits within the Business Solutions & Transformations function at Northleaf Capital Partners, and contributes in driving process efficiency, operational scalability and innovation through automation.
Responsibilities
- Support process analysis, document, and re-engineer operational processes with a focus on simplification, efficiency, and automation readiness.
- Design and build RPA solutions using Power Automate, Python scripting, and other RPA/workflow tools.
- Develop Business Process Model (BPM) document to illustrate the process flow during discovery and design sessions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation solutions to ensure stable and efficient RPA operations.
- Integrate enterprise data sources into automated workflows, conduct data analysis and mapping.
- Support project governance efforts by preparing comprehensive process documentation, user guides, and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- University degree in related discipline such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or Engineering.
- 3+ years of combined experience in IT, business analysis, or automation, with exposure to both process design and hands-on technical RPA development.
- Experience in business process analysis, including mapping current/future state, identifying pain points, and proposing optimizations.
- Proven hands-on experience designing and maintaining RPA solutions such as Power Automate (cloud and desktop), or other leading RPA tooling with working knowledge of connectors, building flows, conditions, and integrations.
- Proven skills in Python programming, SQL, API calling and data manipulation for building more advanced or custom automation logic.
- Familiarity with RPA tools and workflow platforms, passion for emerging tech including RPA, AI, LLMs, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret business needs and translate them into functional automation.
- Knowledge of industry practices and methodologies such as BPMN 2.0, Lean Six Sigma, process discovery/mining tools, exposures to Agile methodologies and other relevant RPA certifications is considered a big plus.
- Adaptable and flexible in the face of evolving priorities, with the ability to pivot quickly and effectively as business or project needs change.
- Strong communication skills — able to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- A proactive, fast learner with a growth mindset and a bias for action.
