Presidio Wealth Partners (“Presidio”), an advisory practice of Hightower, provides investment management and advisory services to wealthy individuals and business owners. Presidio currently manages $2.9 billion of assets on behalf of our clients. We offer outsourced family office experience for our clients that places us at the center of a client’s financial life by focusing on asset management and customized financial planning solutions. Presidio is a team made up of 20 full-time employees comprised of 8 advisors and 12 supporting staff members.
Hightower provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations, and family offices, and 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations. Hightower's capital solutions, operational support services, size and scale empower its vibrant community of independent-minded wealth advisors, like Presidio, to grow their businesses and help their clients achieve their vision of "well-th. rebalanced." Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA).
What You’ll Do
The Private Investment Operations Associate will report to the Private Investment Operations Manager and work closely with the Private Investment Operations Manager and the Director of Private Investments to enhance the operational tasks of the Private Investment department.
- Preparation and distribution of client subscription documents
- Follow compliance protocols with the submission of subscription documents
- Work with investment custodians to process new subscriptions and meet capital calls
- Download and save investment sponsor correspondence
- Other tasks as delegated by the Private Investment Operations Manager
What You’ll Bring
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to prioritize and organize workflow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-starter that will take initiative and does not need to wait for instruction.
- High School diploma required
- Experience with private investments is preferred but not required.
- Extremely detailed oriented with a high level of prioritization
- 3 + years of work experience
